- Aadhaar Card: Legible, dual-sided copy (mandatory)
- PAN Card: Clearly visible individual copy (mandatory)
- Passport-size Photograph: Recent colored printout (mandatory)
Address Verification (Any One)
Valid credentials accepted to verify active
residential location parameters:
- Registered Rent Agreement copy
- Active Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, or Landline Telephone)
- Recent Property Tax Receipt copy
- Voter ID Card or Aadhaar Address copy
- Ration Card copy
- Postpaid Mobile Bill (Issued strictly within the last 3 months)
- Valid Indian Passport or Driving License copy
Financial & Income Proofs
Verification schedules to evaluate credit
parameters based on employment criteria:
Salaried Individuals
- Salary Slips: Last 2 consecutive months' payslips
- Bank Statements: Last 3 consecutive months' bank statement in which salary is
credited
Self-Employed / Business
- ITR Records: Last 2 years' Income Tax Returns (ITR) with full computations
- Statutory Registration: Valid GST Registration or MSME Certificate
Guarantor Statutory Credentials
Required documents for mandatory guarantor
validation under company compliance rules:
- Guarantor Identity: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and recent Passport-size Photo
- Guarantor Salary: Recent Salary Slips (if guarantor is a salaried individual)
- Guarantor Property: Xerox copy of Registered Property Papers (if guarantor is a
property owner)
Guarantor
Stamp Paper: An additional 7 x ₹100 Stamp Papers registered in favor of the
guarantor is mandatory under statutory lending laws.
