Immediate File Charge Payout: The estimated File Charge is payable prior to the issuance of the official sanction letter. Once your loan is successfully disbursed, the full file charge is refunded directly to your registered bank account within 24 hours.

Credit & Setup Fee
Covers intensive financial background checking, guarantor legal verification, and final loan allocation setup structuring.
Mandatory Insurance premium
Mandatory loan protection coverage protecting your family in case of unforeseen circumstances. Calculated based on loan size & tenure.
Agreement Fee
Fixed legal documentation charge of ₹4,000. Includes drafting the agreement, notary stamps, and legal dispatch files.
Government GST @ 18%
Statutory 18% GST applied uniformly on setup, insurance coverage, and document agreements as per Central Taxation mandates.
The processing fee must be cleared as a single combined payment through banking channels only (IMPS, RTGS, or Online gateway). No cash payments are accepted. If you wish to protect your cash reserves, you can request our 6 EMI waiver option during loan validation.

All clients automatically get the 6 EMI Processing Fee Waiver spread across the first 6 repayments without any upfront financial strain.
✅ Disbursement & Splitting
Your total loan amount is transferred. The processing fee is divided by 6 and added to your first 6 EMI repayments with **0% extra interest**. File charge is refunded inside 24 hours.

File Charge Guarantee
The entire slab-based file charge is credited back in full within 24 hours of successful loan payout. No processing deductions apply.
Company Rejection Payout
If our internal credit audit or compliance team cancels your file at any stage prior to final payout, 100% of all deposits are refunded in full.
Processing Payout Timeline
All approved refunds are completed and processed through banking transfers back to the source account **within 15 to 45 working days**.
Prohibited Purposes
Any application declared or verified as targeting weddings, medical emergencies, or speculative illegal activity is **canceled with no refund**.
Paperwork Fraud/Failure
Uploading forged, edited, or false documents, or failing to supply the necessary guarantor signature within timelines, leads to **instant file forfeiture**.
Behavioral Cancelation
Harassment, abusive communication, or threats directed toward Mahindra staff will lead to **immediate file deletion and deposit forfeiture**.
